LAKE HARRISON
Lake is our turquoise-loving stylist with the funniest personality and the biggest heart. Always dressed to the nines (usually in all turquoise), she brings the best energy to the salon. She lives for rich brunettes, creates the most beautiful lived-in color, and gives a killer men’s haircut. Equal parts talented and adorable, Lake makes every appointment feel easy, fun, and confidence-boosting.

TABITHA WINNINGER
Tabitha wears about 9,000 hats and somehow loves every second of it. She’s usually running around making sure everything is flowing smoothly, hopping in wherever she’s needed. She genuinely loves being your in-house barista (yes, she loves making coffee for clients), happily answers the phone, and keeps the salon feeling calm, cared for, and welcoming. If something needs to be done, she’s already on it.

Christy is pure sunshine. The bubbliest of them all, she greets everyone like an old friend—usually with a hug and always with genuine Southern hospitality. Cool, talented, and endlessly welcoming—Christy makes every visit feel like home.

A hardworking mama who gives her all, Lacey brings humor, sharp wit, and serious skill to every appointment. If you want great hair, great laughs, and an extension expert—you’ve found your girl. Zirahuen Hernandez
Meet Z, our salon mom, people coordinator, nail tech, and hairstylist all wrapped into one amazing human. If you’ve ever walked through our doors on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, chances are she’s helped keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
On Mondays and Fridays, you’ll find her caring for guests in her chair and at her pedicure station, where her love for helping people relax truly shines. Z has a gift for making others feel cared for, and her heart shows up in everything she does.
As a mama herself, she brings warmth, kindness, and a level of organization that keeps all of us on track. We’re grateful every day for the steady presence and care she brings to The Collective.

Sydni came in shy as can be, and now she’s one of the funniest, most full-of-life stylists on the floor. She loves to dance, transform hair with stunning colors, and master extensions. Sydni is an unstoppable go-getter—hardworking, eager, and quick to take on anything. Give her a few pointers, and she’ll run with it, turning your hair goals into reality. Whether it’s bold color or flawless extensions, Sydni’s got you covered.

With over 13 years behind the chair, she brings talent, creativity, and genuine care to every guest she serves.As a dedicated sports mom, she’s always on the move, and her positive energy is contagious. Sager is witty, fun to chat with, and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable the moment they sit in her chair. Whether you’re looking for gorgeous extensions, fresh photos, or both, she’s your girl.
